Social interactions can be hard to navigate alone. Experiences shape much of our beliefs about ourselves, and our perceptions of others. Give your social interactions a boost. Through a selection process, B.Social groups are made up of individuals seeking mental wellness support for managing similarly identified life challenges.

B.Social requires active engagement in tasks to push past the comfort zone and improve communication skills. Promoting an increased sense of awareness, by accepting criticism of others, and create meaningful relationships.

B. Productive

 

B. Productive is an innovative way of breaking down the mental blocks of the Successful Self. Key components of success include Motivation, Creation, and Education. B. Productive offers a series of strategies for the single most important aspect, Implementation.

Through identification of your personal goal(s), each session is tailor made to meet you where you are. Supportive and Proactive accountability is provided to work through short term goals. Ongoing mental checks and positive push promotes follow through and goal completion. Once learned, mental wellness techniques that increases productivity and free-flowing successful practices, become a lifestyle.

B. Artsy

 

B.Artsy is an open art group of creativity and mental flow. The goal of increased social support, in a fun and interactive manner improves emotional well being. Theme-based sessions are provided to facilitate the creation of Vision Boards. Paintings. Songs/Singing (yes..singing..no skills required). Dances. Poetry. Story-telling.

B.Artsy provides creative tools for improved mood, through reduced anxiety, depression, and stress. Mental wellness through art also promotes freedom to authentically work through trauma and pain.

B.Diverse

 

B.Diverse offers Companies/Corporations and Organizations Cultural Competency Workshops, Professional Development Trainings and Employee Presentations. Increased awareness in the impacts of cultural considerations have been proven to positively impact employee satisfaction and connectedness to organizational goals, as well as decreased turnover rates. Review of current practices, and implementation of effective communication strategies are only a few aspects of the cultural considerations, used to enhance organizational success.
